May 26, 2025 – ExtendMax Vietnam Co., Ltd. has been officially awarded two prestigious accolades at the Global Business Review Magazine Awards 2025, recognizing the company's significant contributions in legal compliance and high-tech product import-export support in Vietnam.
The awards ExtendMax received include:
- Most Leading IOR & EOR Services in Vietnam 2025 – Recognizing ExtendMax as the top Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) service provider in Vietnam, particularly in the field of information technology.
- Business Icon of the Year in Vietnam 2025 – Mr. Tran Thanh Phuong – Awarded to Mr. Tran Thanh Phuong, Founder and CEO of ExtendMax, for his strategic leadership and contributions to the legal compliance and logistics sectors in Vietnam.

Just a few weeks earlier in Seoul, ExtendMax was also honored at the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, receiving one Gold Stevie Award and one Silver Stevie Award presented to CEO Tran Thanh Phuong, along with a special recognition – the People’s Choice Stevie Award, marking the first time this award was given to a Vietnamese company.
These awards reflect ExtendMax’s growing role in supporting international companies accessing the Vietnamese market by offering deep compliance consulting and handling complex technical and legal import procedures.
Most Leading IOR & EOR Services in Vietnam 2025
As Vietnam enforces tighter regulations on the import of information technology products—such as civil cryptographic devices, radio transmitters, and products requiring mandatory conformity certification—ExtendMax has developed a comprehensive service model. This includes early-stage regulatory analysis, product classification, technical configuration recommendations, licensing consultation, and coordination of testing.
