ExtendMax Vietnam Co., Ltd. (ExtendMax) develops a Code of Conduct aimed at responsible governance on the basis of compliance with the law, integrity, transparency, encouraging creativity, and respecting human rights. distinctive. To meet development needs, ExtendMax also has very high requirements for professionalism, responsibility, and integrity for all of our employees.

ExtendMax also expects our suppliers, including prime contractors and subcontractors, to respect and behave in accordance with this Code of Conduct.


ARTICLE 1. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

As a company that advises customers on legal regulations, ExtendMax understands the importance of complying with regulations for the company's long-term, sustainable business operations. We commit to conduct business activities properly, fully complying with the provisions of local laws, rules and ethical standards in business.

1. Absolutely comply with laws and regulations of the country where ExtendMax does business.

2. Absolutely comply with all legal regulations in the fields where ExtendMax provides consulting services to customers including Product Quality Law, Cyber Information Security Law, Customs Law, Law on Foreign Trade Management, Commercial Law, Civil Law and other relevant Laws.

3. Maintain the highest level of business ethics. We do not engage in acts that are against business ethics, even if these acts do not violate any law.

 

ARTICLE 2. INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY

1. We commit that all activities do not stop at strictly implementing legal documents but must aim at a spirit of responsibility, transparency and integrity.

2. We are committed to high standards of human rights, privacy, business ethics, and non-discrimination.

3. We commit not to use illegal acts or acts that violate ethical standards to gain illegal profits in business activities.


ARTICLE 3. ANTI-CORRUPTION AND ANTI-BRIBERY

1. ExtendMax seriously conducts its business activities with integrity, honesty, and compliance with the provisions of law. We treat all forms of bribery and corruption with zero tolerance.

3. Violations of this policy by ExtendMax personnel can seriously damage ExtendMax's reputation, brand name, and business results.

2. Any ExtendMax employee who violates this policy may be disciplined and subject to civil and criminal penalties in accordance with the law.


ARTICLE 4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

1. All ExtendMax employees are obligated to keep confidential and not disclose information belonging to individuals, ExtendMax internal employees, ExtendMax customers and partners.

2. Violations of ExtendMax's Privacy Policy are not tolerated and will be handled according to the law and company rules.


ARTICLE 5. PRIVACY AND ANTI-DISCRIMINATION

1. We are committed to building a working environment that respects diversity and differences between individuals, and all members respect each other.

2. We do not discriminate in recruitment, promotion, or promotion based on nationality, race, religion, gender or any other personal factor.


ARTICLE 6. PROTECTION OF PROPERTY AND RIGHTS

1. ExtendMax is committed to protecting customers' rights and properties including but not limited to ownership rights, rights to dispose of test sample, and intellectual property rights. Confidential information and customer testing samples are respected and protected by ExtendMax personnel to the maximum extent within the framework of legal regulations.

2. Any potential conflict of interest between customers and ExtendMax must be reported and seriously considered on the basis of the principle of protecting customers' interests.

3. ExtendMax's personnel also have an obligation to protect assets and prevent misuse of company assets. Any conflict of interest between ExtendMax personnel and the company must be seriously reported to the Board of Directors.

 


ARTICLE 6. RESPONSIBILITY, PROFESSIONALISM, POSITIVITY, CREATIVITY

1. We encourage a positive and creative working environment where each member is given the opportunity to develop their abilities.

2. The professionalism of ExtendMax personnel must be demonstrated and promoted in all communications with customers and communication between departments and divisions of ExtendMax.

3. Each individual of ExtendMax has the ability to make decisions within his or her authority and is responsible for making that decision.
