Another year has come to a close. For me, each transition into a new year is not simply a moment to look back at figures or milestones, but an opportunity to reflect more deeply on the path we have chosen, the values we continue to uphold, and the responsibility a business bears toward its customers, its people, and society.
The year 2025 was one of significant change. The business environment evolved rapidly, legal requirements became increasingly stringent, and compliance standards moved ever closer to international practices. In that context, ExtendMax did not choose to move fast through short-term solutions. Instead, we remained steadfast in the direction established from the very beginning—working with seriousness, transparency, and integrity.
Looking back on the journey, I am proud to see that the quiet, consistent efforts of our entire team have been recognized not only through business performance, but also by the international community. Prestigious global awards such as the Grand Stevie Awards, as well as ExtendMax’s recognition at AREA 2025, are not destinations in themselves. They are milestones that affirm we are moving in the right direction—a direction grounded in standards, professional ethics, and sustainable values.
Alongside this recognition is the clear maturation of the ExtendMax team. I have always believed that people are a company’s greatest asset. Over the past year, our team has not only grown in size, but more importantly, strengthened in expertise, resilience, and professional mindset. From conformity certification consulting to import–export operations and complex project management, every individual understands their role and works with the highest sense of responsibility. Among them, outstanding professionals such as Pham Thuy Quynh (Quinn Pham) and Trinh Thi Thuy Duong (Sunny Trinh) have demonstrated remarkable growth and have become strong pillars of ExtendMax, making meaningful contributions to the company’s development.
ExtendMax continues to invest seriously in training, continuous knowledge updates, and the development of a legal–technology–international mindset for our team. We understand that in a field demanding high precision such as compliance, even a single weak link can create significant risk for clients. The professionalism and stability of our team today form the foundation for our clients’ trust tomorrow.
The results of this consistency are clearly reflected in our revenue growth over the past year—a record level of growth, achieved not through rapid expansion or compromised quality. ExtendMax’s growth is driven by customer satisfaction and trust, by projects executed correctly, thoroughly, and to completion, and by long-term partnerships built on transparency and accountability.
We deeply value clients who choose ExtendMax not only for our professional capabilities, but because they share our approach: viewing compliance as a long-term strategy, not a short-term workaround. For ExtendMax, each project is not merely a contract, but a commitment to partnership—sharing risks and taking responsibility for final outcomes together.
As we enter the new year of 2026, ExtendMax clearly sees an irreversible trend: technical standards, legal requirements, and governance expectations will continue to rise. This presents major challenges for businesses, but also opens opportunities for organizations with long-term vision, solid preparation, and capable consulting partners.
We are committed to continued investment in people, technology, and processes so that ExtendMax not only meets current requirements, but proactively anticipates future changes. Our goal is not simply to fulfill a consulting role, but to become a trusted market-access partner—helping businesses grow safely, sustainably, and responsibly.
A new year always brings new expectations. Yet for me, the most important priority remains staying true to values that have been proven over time: doing the right things, doing them thoroughly, and seeing them through to the end. ExtendMax will continue to stand firm on the path of transparency, professionalism, and responsibility—a path that may not be easy, but is undoubtedly the most sustainable.
On the occasion of the New Year, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire ExtendMax team for your dedication, learning spirit, and professional resilience. I also thank our clients and partners for your trust, partnership, and commitment to building long-term value together.
I wish everyone a new year marked by resilience in the face of change, clarity in decision-making, and confidence in sustainable values. ExtendMax will continue to stand alongside you—not only through our services, but through the responsibility and commitment of a company that takes its profession seriously.
Wishing Our Valued Customers a Resilient and Confident New Year 2026
