ExtendMax makes history as the first Vietnamese company to win the Asia-Pacific People’s Choice Stevie Award, proving its global excellence.
On May 5, 2025, the entire ExtendMax team erupted with joy upon receiving the announcement that they had won the People’s Choice Stevie Award for Favorite Companies. With this spectacular victory, ExtendMax carved its name into the history of one of the world’s most prestigious awards, becoming the first Vietnamese company to win the Asia-Pacific People’s Choice Stevie Award for Favorite Companies.
Behind that coveted trophy, beyond the stage lights and glory, lie the quiet, emotional stories of the ExtendMax team — the individuals who have persistently and passionately built a 10-year journey full of challenges and triumphs.
The Anticipation Behind the Voting Process
Many ExtendMax employees shared that the People’s Choice Stevie Awards voting period became a “golden moment” of internal unity. Departments — from consulting, operations, legal, and import-export to marketing — were no longer just functional silos but became a unified collective working toward a shared goal.
Throughout the voting period, from April 2 to May 2, the award organizers published weekly updates listing the companies leading in votes. For the ExtendMax team, each update sent hearts racing.
Ms. Do Thi Ngan, Director of External Affairs, shared:
We were so anxious that every Tuesday morning, the entire office would gather around computer screens, eagerly awaiting the organizer’s email to see if ExtendMax was still among the top-ranked companies. Some weeks, we nervously watched the top three spots shuffle back and forth — and each time, it felt like we were riding an emotional rollercoaster.
For ExtendMax, this victory did not come from luck or a flashy PR campaign — it stemmed from the collective strength of an entire ecosystem: dedicated employees, steadfast partners, and trusting customers. Together, they have written the success story of ExtendMax.
Mr. Tran Thanh Phuong, CEO of ExtendMax, shared:
“This award does not belong solely to the leadership team; it is the result of the unwavering support from the entire ExtendMax family — from employees who never shy away from challenges, to partners who have journeyed alongside us, and to customers who have placed their trust in us over the past 10 years. We don’t take shortcuts, and we don’t chase quick wins. Today’s success is built on meticulous projects, thoroughly executed files, and every promise delivered on time, as committed. Many of our team members admit they have endured immense pressure in an environment where mistakes are simply not allowed. Some projects stretched on for months; some legal dossiers were so delicate that even the tiniest error would require starting all over again.
Ms. Do Thi Ngan shared: “There were days when, even at 7:30 p.m., I saw the entire project team still working with the lights on because a client’s shipment hadn’t yet cleared customs. Outsiders see a successful ExtendMax, but only those inside know the sweat poured in to achieve that success.”

The Stevie Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. Established in 2002, the awards were created to honor and recognize the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and individuals worldwide. The Stevie Awards have quickly become one of the most prestigious recognitions globally, often referred to by the New York Post as the “Oscars of the business world.”
In 2025, the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards program received over 1,000 nominations from 29 countries and territories across the Asia-Pacific region, including submissions from many of Vietnam’s leading corporations. Only eight Asia-Pacific People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies were ultimately presented to the winners.
