People often say, “10 years is a decade – time flies and makes you feel older.” But for ExtendMax, the past 10 years have felt more like an epic road trip – full of thrills, challenges, and unforgettable milestones.
From the early days with just a few team members, a tiny office, and our very first conformity certification dossiers that had us scratching our heads… we’ve grown into Vietnam’s No.1 in conformity certification consulting, Importer of Record (IOR) & Exporter of Record (EOR) services, and handling all kinds of “brain-cracking” customs procedures.
Looking back, we’ve hit some pretty awesome milestones along the way:

And the highlight of it all: we’ve had the privilege of working with world-class brands such as Lenovo, Cisco, HPE, Heineken, LEGO, and Hyundai, ensuring smooth and on-time tech imports into Vietnam.

Alright, enough about achievements – let’s move on to the real deal: our 10th Anniversary Party.
Venue: a super-stylish Thai fusion restaurant.
Mood & vibe: classy yet chill – not your stiff “corporate dinner,” but a celebration worthy of a decade of hard work.
The food? Absolutely next level. From tangy Thai-style pork rib soup to refreshing mint shrimp salad, every dish was a clever twist on Thai classics – familiar yet refreshingly new. Just like ExtendMax itself: blending international standards with the flexibility and creativity of “Made in Vietnam.”
The whole team gathered around one long table, raising glasses and sharing throwback stories. We laughed about those late-night deadline sprints, the nerve-racking first project that turned out a big win, and of course, the hilarious memory of wrestling with legal documents using Google Translate back in the early days.
It wasn’t just a party – it was a reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much fun we’ve had along the way.
The Highlight Moment – A 10-Year Journey
What everyone remembered most from the party wasn’t a grand speech, but the small, everyday moments that carried so much meaning.
When the whole team sat together reflecting on ExtendMax’s 10-year journey – from the tiny office buried in paperwork to the day we proudly held international awards – the room was filled with laughter and awe.
Someone pointed at an old project photo: “Hey, this was project XYZ – remember when we had to grind until 8 p.m. that night?” Another burst out laughing at the memory of their rookie days, looking lost in a sea of thick legal regulations. Each laugh was mixed with a spark of pride in their eyes.
That moment felt like a mirror – showing us how far we’ve come and how much we’ve grown. No “deep” words were needed. Just by looking into each other’s eyes, we all understood: the greatest success wasn’t the awards or milestones, but the privilege of walking this journey side by side for a whole decade.

The party came to a close as the entire hall turned toward the birthday cake, glowing with the number “10” atop its candle. When the flame was blown out, the room erupted in applause, cheers, and congratulations. It wasn’t just a moment to celebrate a journey completed, but a promise of many brilliant years ahead.
Looking around, I saw teammates smiling brightly, with pride shimmering in their eyes. And I realized: 10 years of ExtendMax is not just the story of building a company, but of building a family – where each person contributes to keep that flame burning ever brighter.
ExtendMax has partied hard through its first decade, and we are certain to blow out many more candles – bigger, brighter, and even more dazzling – in the years to come.
