Following the Prime Minister's directive on administrative procedure reform and improving the efficiency of state management, the Ministry of Information and Communications has developed and implemented the Confirmation of Quality Inspection Registration for imported goods through the online Public Service Portal. This is an important step towards simplifying the state quality inspection process for imported goods, helping businesses save time and costs while enhancing transparency and efficiency in management.
Although the service for registering quality inspections of imported goods has been implemented on the Ministry of Information and Communications' Public Service Portal for a long time, businesses have not yet been able to register for online quality inspections of imported IT goods. This is due to the fact that the Ministry of Information and Communications' Public Service Portal has not yet connected with the National Public Service Portal for the quality inspection registration category.
To gradually implement the procedures for confirming the registration of imported goods' quality inspections through the online public service portal, the Department of Telecommunications will organize a press conference to guide the implementation and discuss the difficulties and obstacles encountered.
Specifically, businesses will receive detailed guidance on how to submit documents, the review process, and processing times through the online platform. The registration documents will be processed quickly and accurately, ensuring full compliance with regulations on the quality inspection of imported goods. This online registration process not only helps reduce complicated procedural steps but also enhances transparency and openness in the quality inspection process. At the same time, the application of information technology in the quality inspection process helps management agencies easily monitor, supervise, and ensure compliance with the standards and technical regulations of imported goods.
It can be said that the implementation of quality inspection registration through the online Public Service Portal is part of the Ministry of Information and Communications' digital transformation strategy in particular and the Government's strategy in general. This not only helps improve the efficiency of state management but also supports businesses in accessing public services more conveniently and effectively.
Businesses can carry out quality inspection registration for imported goods and many other administrative procedures through the National Public Service Portal or the Ministry of Information and Communications' Public Service Portal.
