EXTENDMAX - Pursuant to Circular 36/2016/TT-BCT of MOIT Vietnam, the list of required documents to apply for VNEEP Energy Efficiency Declaration of Conformity are composed of the below:
1) A declaration of conformity which clearly state that the enterprise applies for registration of either comparative label or endorsement label follows a form in Appendix 1 of Circular 36/2016/TT-BCT of MOIT Vietnam;
2) Energy Efficiency Ratio EER rest report (also know as minimum performance efficiency standard - MEPS test report) issued by a testing laboratory with ISO / IEC 17025 certified by an ILAC / APLAC certification body; Or EER test reports issued by a local lab accredited by MOST Vietnam
3) ISO/IEC 17025 certificates of report issuer (in case MEPS test reports issued by a foreign testing laboratory)
4) Expected energy label draft (VNEEP recognition label or VNEEP comparative label, depends on product kind)
5) List of application devices applying for VNEEP EE DoC
6) Business license of importer or local representative.
