List of required documents to apply for Adoption of DoC for VNEEP
Pursuant to Circular 36/2016/TT-BCT of MOIT Vietnam, the following documents are required for Adoption of Declaration of Conformity (ADoC) of energy efficiency.
1) A declaration of conformity which clearly state that the enterprise applies for registration of either comparative label or endorsement label follows a form in Appendix 1 of Circular 36/2016/TT-BCT of MOIT Vietnam;
2) E.E Test report issued by a testing laboratory with ISO / IEC 17025 certified by an ILAC / APLAC certification body; Or E.E test reports issued by a local lab accredited by MOST Vietnam
3) ISO / IEC 17025 certificates of report issuer (in case E.E reports issued by a foreign testing laboratory);
4) Expected energy label model.
5) List of application devices
6) Business liciense of importer or local representative.
