→ The committee for dease prevention has proposed to government to extend "social distancing" period for next 1 weeks for a short list of provinces and cities including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

The final decision shall be made by the Prime Minister

Due to corona pandemic, the Prime Minister has requested "social quarantine" for 15 days since April 01, 2020. All social activities are limited, except for essential activities related to food, medical, fuel, import / export, and manufacturing.

→ VNTA in HCM will not receive or handle PQIR and TA application for next 15 days, VNTA in Hanoi still working but in limited working mode.

→ MOIT department in charge of EE approval start working from home for 15 days.

→ RF / EMC test laboratories has informed us that they will close for 15 days. EE MEPS and Safety laboratories enter limited working mode.

→ Our operation teams will work at home, but our administration team will still work in office. We will still able to do sample clearance and paper works.

→ Stores has been closed, only groceries and supermarket are allowed to open

→ Hanoi has proposed to government to close a number of governmental units and organizations

→ Quantity of confirmed cases raised up to 132, no death.

→ Thousands of people, who contacted with confirmed cases, have been quarantined

→ A number of public activities have been postponed, public entertainment places have been temporary closed

→ A number of organizations and companies start allowing their people to work from home

→ VNTA and local laboratories are still working normally, but getting more carefully

In general, the situation is still under control and the government is doing the job well.
