Procedure 1 - Manufacturer has a valid ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent
Applies to wireless and IT goods produced by manufacturer has a ISO 9001 certificates or equivalent certificates that can be verified online. The certificate of conformity is valid for 3 years and can be reused for the next shipment, with no limit on the number of shipments and the number of imported products.

Procedure 2 - Manufacturer has NO valid ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent
Applies to wireles and information technology goods produced by manufacturer that do not have an ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent certificate that can be verified online. The issued certificate of conformity is only valid for one shipment and cannot be reused for the next shipment.
